Brushless motors have good performance in terms of usage, which we all know. In many industries, we need to operate them according to certain methods. 1、 Pulse width modulation can be generated by programming a microcontroller with PWM output, or it can be implemented using a dedicated PWM chip. When the frequency of the PWM wave is too high, it requires too much power from the power transistor of the brushless motor drive. However, when its frequency is too low, the electromagnetic noise generated is relatively large. In practical applications, when the frequency of the pulse width modulation wave is around 18KHz, the effect is very good.

2、 In the circuit design of brushless motors, hardware circuits are designed based on circuit principles, and this measuring device can measure the speed range of brushless motors over a large range. Through each rotation of the motor, it will pass through the infrared tube speed measurement circuit and accumulate. Within 1 second, the specific size of different speed levels can be determined by the different values. The size of the infrared tube speed measurement circuit obtained varies depending on the number of turns and duty cycle completed within a fixed time. The specific speed value can be displayed on the digital tube through software programming.
